In response to a growing need for "hands-on" legal practitioners, our law firm was founded in 1993 by Marc D. Daffner. 

Over the years, our firm has been known as the Daffner Law Offices, Daffner & Kubay, and, finally, Daffner & Associates.  Since 1993, we have represented individuals and businesses in thousands of legal matters, in both State and Federal Courts, and at the trial and appellate levels.

Our philosophy is simple:  Provide the highest degree of professional representation at cost-effective prices, and treat our clients in the same manner that we would want to be treated.  As a client of the firm, your file is not relegated to a storage box or a numbered, indexed shelf.  We don't treat our clients as "numbers," and we place a premium on competent, personal representation.  The attorney handling your case will maintain the original file in his or her possession throughout the pendency of your legal issues, and you will never face a situation where your lawyer does not recall the specifics of your legal matter.

While criminal cases are generally handled throughout Pennsylvania and in Federal Courts, cases involving immigration and business matters may be handled on a nationwide basis.  And although we direct our concentration toward those issues, our office is both experienced and equipped to handle matters in almost any area of the law.  Regardless of your legal needs, we are here to help!
